The Voice Rehab is a speech-language pathology practice providing voice, swallowing, and airway care. Our licensed speech-language pathologists hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). We offer in-person care at our Pompano Beach, FL clinic, in-home visits, virtual telehealth sessions, and online courses through our member community.

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS text messages from The Voice Rehab, including appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and care-related notices. These terms are provided in accordance with A2P 10DLC and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) requirements.

• Consent is voluntary and not a condition of receiving care or purchasing any product.
• You may opt out at any time by replying 'STOP' to any message.
• Reply 'HELP' for assistance or contact us at (954) 224-5350.
• Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• We will not send messages containing sensitive Protected Health Information via SMS.

Appointments are booked through our scheduling portal or by contacting our office. In-person and in-home visits are available in South Florida. Telehealth sessions are available to patients in locations where our clinicians are licensed. The 1:1 Voice Therapy Package includes four sessions for $350 and is paid through our scheduling platform at the time of booking or as otherwise arranged.

If you participate in virtual care, you consent to receive speech-language pathology services through secure video technology. You acknowledge that telehealth may have limitations compared to in-person care, and you agree to be in a private, safe location during your session.

Certain products, including the Vocal Nebulizer ($45.99), are available for in-office purchase or through our checkout link. All purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Access to our online course and community is available to members who create an account and complete enrollment. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.

We provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We do not bill insurance directly for all services. You are responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance plan.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Voice Rehab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
